SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Shock have been assigned offensive linemen Levi Horn to the 2013 roster.
Horn (6-7, 315, Montana) joins the 2013 Shock roster for his AFL debut after spending time with the NFL’s Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings. Horn, a Spokane native and graduate of John R. Rogers High School in 2005, was a 4A First Team All-State tight end who began his career at the University of Oregon where he moved to the offensive tackle position. After the 2005 season, Horn transferred to the University of Montana where he would play his final three seasons of eligibility and receive First Team All-Big Sky Conference and FCS All-American honors.
"Levi is a fantastic talent and the first true Spokane local that we’ve added to the Shock roster," Shock general manager Ryan Rigmaiden said. "We are thrilled to have him join our team and look forward to seeing what he can add to our offensive line this season."
After completing his collegiate career, Horn signed with the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent following the 2010 NFL Draft. He also spent time with the Minnesota Vikings in 2012.
