Todd France graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toldeo. He was a first-team Academic All-American with 3.975 GPA as a senior.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
France enters his second year with the Soul after coming to the Arena Football League last season to play for the Soul.
2006:
· Played 16 games for the Philadelphia Soul.
· Named to the League’s All-Rookie team.
· Ranked fourth in the League for scoring among kickers with 137 points.
· Totaled 31 touchbacks.
· Connected on 95-of-103 extra points and was 14-of-33 on field goals.
· Tallied six total tackles on defense.
2005:
· Went to training camp with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
· Released by the Buccaneers on 9/3.
· Signed by the Philadelphia Eagles to the active roster on 9/30.
· Converted 6-of-7 field goals and was 5-of-5 on extra points in three games.
· Released by the Eagles on 10/25.
· Re-signed by the Buccaneers on 11/29.
· Connected on 1-of-2 field goals and 1-of-1 on point after attempts.
· Released by the Buccaneers on 12/20.
2004:
· Signed by the New York Giants on 4/19.
· Waived by the Giants on 9/7.
2003:
· Minnesota re-signed him, but cut him again on 8/25.
· Spent season with Rhein Fire of NFL Europe.
· Connected on 5-of-9 field goals including a 53-yarder.
· Played in World Bowl XI.
2002:
· Signed as an undrafted free-agent by the Minnesota Vikings on 4/25 and was released on 8/26.

COLLEGE
· Attended the University of Toledo.
· Became the career scoring leader among kickers in the Mid-American Conference with 320 points.
· Ranks second in Toledo school history with 56-of-81 field goals, topped only by Rusty Hanna (68-of-99, 1989-92).
· Converted 152-of-154 extra point tries.
· An All-MAC honorable mention choice as a senior.
· As a senior in 2001, he was nominated for the Lou Groza Award.
· Hit 12-of-17 field goal attempts, including a school-record 55-yarder, and 44-of-45 PATs during senior season.
· All-MAC First-Team choice as a junior.
· Named Second-Team All-MAC as a sophomore.

PERSONAL
· Was a Division II First-Team All-State, team MVP, all-district and all conference at Springfield HS (Holland, OH).
· Connected on 9-of-12 field goals and was a perfect 28-of-28 on extra points as a senior at Springfield.
· Lettered three years in football and volleyball in high school.
· Lettered four years in soccer and two in basketball in high school.
· Nominee for Anson Mount Scholar Athlete Award as college football’s top scholar athlete.
· First-team Academic All-American with a 3.975 GPA as a senior at Toledo.
· Made the UT Academic Honor Roll in all eight semesters.
· Mechanical engineering major.
