ARENA CAREER NOTES • Started four games for the Philadelphia Soul in 2006 (1-3 record). • Played in six total games for the Soul and completed 109-of-166 passes (65.7%) for 1,046 yards with 20 touchdowns and three interceptions for a passer rating of 105.65. • After four years in the af2 with the Tennessee valley Vipers (2001, 2003) and the Louisville Fire (2004-05), had the following league ranks: second most career pass attempts (2,305), most career pass completions (1,432), eighth highest career completion percentage (62.1%), second most career pass yards (14,142), and second most career passing touchdowns (345). • In 2005, he was named the af2’s Offensive Player of the Year and All-af2 First Team with the Louisville Fire. He set an af2 record with 408 completions, 4,489 yards and 99 touchdowns in leading the Fire to the franchise’s first ArenaCup title appearance. • Named All-af2 Second Team in 2003 with the Tennessee Valley Vipers after tossing 84 touchdowns. • In 2002, backed up Tony Graziani with the AFL’s Los Angeles Avengers. • Named the af2’s 2001 Rookie of the Year and All-af2 Second Team with the Vipers after passing for 86 touchdowns. • Spent time with the Nashville Kats in 2000, but did not play in any games.
COLLEGE NOTES • Ranks sixth in Utah State school history in passing yards (5,385), seventh in completions (334), and ninth in touchdowns (24) despite playing only two years (1996-97). • Named to the All-Big West Second Team as a senior after passing for 2,896 in 1997, ranking him fifth in school single-season history. |
